This is such a fun recipe to make after freshly fallen snow!
Ingredients
1 can (12 fl. oz.) evaporated milk
1.5 tsp. vanilla extract
¾ C. white sugar
~10 C. fresh snow
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine evaporated milk, vanilla, and sugar.
Stir in snow gradually. Keep adding until you reach your desired consistency.
Serve immediately. Freeze any leftovers!
** If your snow cream melts too much while you are stirring, you can put it in the freezer and enjoy once it has hardened a bit. We ate some of ours immediately and then had some later in the day and enjoyed both.
