{Night Before} Breakfast Casserole

Serves: 6-8
- 1 lb. sausage
- 9 slices of cubed white bread
- 8 large eggs
- 1 C. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tspn. dry mustard
- 1 tspn. salt
- 2 C. milk
- Brown sausage and drain.
- Put cubed bread on bottom of 9 x13 oblong baking pan. Spray with cooking spray if your pan is not non-stick.
- Layer sausage over bread.
- Layer cheese over sausage.
- Beat eggs, salt, mustard, and milk with a whisk. Pour mixture from batter bowl over other three layers.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, if serving the next day. (you can skip to #7 if you plan to eat it immediately)
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
