My Top 5 Most Popular TTS Posts

June 17, 2014 by Sarah

A lot of people seem surprised when they hear that I am a stay-at-home mother and that my husband is a teacher.  I’ve had people just come right out and ask me, “How do you do it?” and I’m sure there are others who are simply not bold enough to ask but might be wondering the same thing for themselves.

The Teacher’s Salary Series was born out of those questions.  While I won’t pretend it’s easy or that we know it all when it comes to personal finance {HA!}, it is my hope that you might get some ideas or be encouraged in how you might be able to be a good steward of however much money you earn.

Here is a list of all the posts in the series, but for today, I thought it would be fun to take a look back and revisit my top 5 most popular The Teacher’s Salary posts.  Here goes!
#5:  3 Tips for Starting your Stockpile
#4:  4 Benefits of Using Cash
#3:  Our Journey to Debt-Free Living
#2:  7 Ways We Save on Groceries
#1:  The Lowdown on Menu-Planning {and 2 reasons why it’s so helpful}

Which one was your favorite?

Any questions you are brave enough to ask about how we are able to live on a teacher’s salary?
