Happy Birthday Paw Paw

August 17, 2009 by Sarah

Today is my grandfather's 83rd birthday. My grandmother had flowers put in her church in memory of him (he passed away on Valentine's Day back in 1986) since today is his birthday. She suggested we take the flowers to the cemetary together since Andrew was buried at the same plot. I thought it was a great idea, but was anxious to make my first visit to Andrew's grave.  Monday was the … [Read more...]

There Are No Tears In Heaven

August 16, 2009 by Sarah

Many of you have asked how we're doing, and to be honest, we're doing alright. Since today is Andrew's due date and a week since his delivery (I'm going to … [Read more...]

Ramblings

August 13, 2009 by Sarah

Yesterday was a tough day. The day began wonderfully with a hot breakfast cooked by some dear friends in our home. One thing God is doing during the time is giving me lots of creative ideas on how I can love others - we've been loved so deeply that I have to confess I will probably be stealing some of those ideas to use on others! Kevin's parents were still here, so it was nice to enjoy a good … [Read more...]

The Journey Begins

August 12, 2009 by Sarah

So this is my first official blog post. I have always thought blogging was sort of cool, but there was a part of me deep down that thought it was a bit cheesy posting all this stuff about yourself for the whole world to read. As if my life was interesting in any way - lol. Well, here I am, joining the blog world. The world may not care to read what I post, but I find myself wanting to blog for … [Read more...]
