Today I decided to link up to a post over at Kelly’s Korner where women who have lost children can share their stories. Here is a link to Andrew’s story that I included – it was written 1 month after we had lost Andrew.
Even though we are going on 3 years without our Andrew, I still think about and miss him every single day. I don’t think that will ever change. If any of you know someone who has lost a baby, you may think about directing them to Kelly’s Show Us Your Life blog post for this week.
I found blogs so helpful in those days and weeks after our loss. I wanted to feel “normal” for having the emotions that I did and it was healing to connect with women who knew exactly what we were going through. And it also gave me hope to see what many had even lived through a subsequent pregnancy. (And for those of you who don’t read over at Kelly’s Korner yet, you just may find her blog as enjoyable as I do!)
