I had planned to finish up part two of my post yesterday titled Lessons from Our Loss, but I just didn’t have it in me to finish it up. And because it’s such tender stuff, I didn’t want to rush it at all. I will finish it up either later this week or by next Monday at the latest.
My heart is heavy today for many reasons. I hate the days like today are even necessary, but at the same time, I’m so thankful that our culture is slowly acknowledging that all life should be recognized no matter how brief or whether it was lived inside or outside of the mother’s womb.
If you would like, please join me and many others in lighting a candle in remembrance at 7pm. You can light as many candles as you wish, but it will be a special time of remembering all the babies who left this Earth sooner than we would have hoped.
