Friends or Enemies?

February 9, 2012 by Sarah

I think I've mentioned that I watch my friend's 3 year old little boy on a part time basis.  It usually ends up being 2 days a week and it has been a hoot to see them interact with one another. Sometimes, I find them in their latest hiding spot and can even capture a smile for the camera! They usually play really well together! And occasionally I'll catch him doing … [Read more...]

Life on a Teacher’s Salary – CVS 2/7

February 9, 2012 by Sarah

Since I posted about my trip to Walgreens last week, I figured that I better give a shout out to CVS as well!  As I mentioned before, I love CVS and it is definitely my favorite of all the national drug store chains (I have yet to try Rite Aid, so I can't say much about that one). Lessons from House Hunting – I’m a People Pleaser

January 26, 2012 by Sarah

I'm a people pleaser.  I don't know if I've mentioned it here on this blog or not, but it's true.  While I don't think it necessarily consumes me, it certainly is something that I struggle with and must keep giving up to the Lord.  I hate confrontation.  I want people to like me.  I want people to agree with my decisions. Through the course of our house hunting, … [Read more...]
