I’m calling today’s post the church edition, although this outfit is not just a “church” outfit. I was just trying to make the title a little more exciting and it just so happens that I wore this outfit to church a few weeks ago. 🙂
I think I mentioned purchasing a cute J.Crew sundress when the girls and I were in Charleston at the beginning of August. I wore it once with a sweater while we were on vacation at the beach a few weeks ago, but I decided to snap some shots before I headed out the door to church a few weeks ago. I figured I better get some use out of it before the weather gets colder.
Right after I had Brady, I spent so many Sunday mornings wearing jeans and very casual pants to church, so I’m enjoying actually dressing up a tad now that I’m back in non-maternity clothes!
It wasn’t real hot that morning, so I opted to layer my white denim jacket with the sundress. I like the crispness of the white, but I’m not sure I’m in love with the fit of the jacket. It works fine for me though and does the trick.
I went for pretty plain jewelry and my neutral ballet flats. But the cute little man in the picture is probably my favorite accessory! Sorry folks, he cannot be purchased. He’s all mine. 🙂
