Here we are again, another month has come and gone. Spring (or should I say pollen?) is in the air and I’m excited!
1. Have a date night with The Teacher
We couldn’t seem to make this one happen this month. Between our busy schedules, some weekends out of town, and me getting sick last week, it just fell through the cracks.
2. Find a family doctor & schedule a physical
I can’t officially mark this off, but I was able to make some progress…I have the name of a practice!
3. Finish reading Money Making Mom* by Crystal Paine
I haven’t touched this book in so long. I feel really bad because I enjoyed what I read, but I can’t seem to get back into it. I did end up reading another book titled, An American Son: A Memoir* by Marco Rubio. This presidential race got me curious about it. I really enjoyed the biographical parts but it was also a great peak into American politics. I have no desire to run for any public office…ever!
4. Finish DIY necklace board
I had planned to finish this up during The Teacher’s spring break, but my virus totally got in the way of those plans.
5. Purge and sell kid’s clothes
Yes! Finally! I did really well selling at our local consignment sale. I marked my items low and sold 90% of them. I earned enough to cover their spring/summer wardrobes, which was my goal all along.
6. Start shopping for spring/summer clothes for the kids
The kids are in great shape now. We need a few things here and there, but they are off to a great start.
7. Start switching out clothes
Totes are put away and the kid’s dressers have been filled with warm weather clothes. I left out a couple of chilly weather items, but they are ready! I’ll have to work on my clothes now.
8. Finish up taxes
Taxes are done!
1. Have a date night with The Teacher
We need to make this one happen this month
2. Schedule a physical for myself & appointment for Savannah
Hopefully these phone calls won’t take too long.
3. Finish up necklace board
4. Read 1 book
I don’t want to decide yet, but I’ll pick something when it hits me.
5. Register Savannah for school
I can hardly believe my little girl will be going to kindergarten in the fall.
6. Turn in forms for preschool
Preschool will be over sooner than I can believe, so it’s time to get things turned in for Brady next year.
7. Research short at-home exercises to help strengthen my arms and core
I’m kicking it up a notch as far as my health goes. In addition to focusing on eating better, I really want to gain strength in my arms and core. It’s not possible right now to join a gym and I don’t have much time to devote to exercise at home, but a short little routine at home would be a start.
8. Change out my clothes
I worked on the kid’s clothes last month, but now it’s time to work on mine.

Try searching "Autumn Calabrese" on Youtube – she has a variety of workouts that would serve your needs and are only 15-30 minutes. You can even find some that don't require any equipment.
