Hey friends! It’s Saturday so that means it’s another week of Ways We Save Saturday – where I share all the small and simple ways we save money throughout the week. Here goes!

1. Bought a necklace on clearance
I totally lucked out on this one! I expected to pay full price (which was still affordable at $16) for this necklace and was psyched when I tracked it down at a Target store across town and saw it was on clearance for $11.88!
In case you’re wondering, I saw this outfit by Sarah at Life on Virginia Street that included a long mint colored necklace and I fell in love with both the cardigan and necklace. I located it in store since they were sold out online when I looked. I’m looking forward to wearing the outfit this spring when the weather finally decides to stay above 40 degrees!
2. Saved on a new label maker
This was another one that I sort of lucked out on, but it’s still fun! I bought a new Dymo label maker this week at Target – our old one finally bit the dust after 10+ years.
I used a Target cartwheel coupon for 10% off and then I saw an ibotta rebate for it when I looked through my app after I got home from my trip. There was a $3 rebate from ibotta – I ended up saving over $4 on my label maker. Score!
3. Made our items for pot luck
Our church has pot luck lunches every couple of months and I too often end up buying items to bring. Poor planning on my part usually ends up costing us money!
This time, I convinced Kev to make some of his peanut butter cookies and I used up some veggies to make a salad. I was so glad that we didn’t have to spend any money and I didn’t have to run to the store on the way to church!
Well, there you have it! I hope you have a great weekend!

Awesome deals at Target are always a win. They always have great items on clearance if you’re willing to look for them. Thanks for sharing your finds.
