Have to Hope

December 23, 2009 by Sarah

If you or someone you know has struggled with infertility, they will most likely tell you that it's an emotional roller coaster. The beginning of the month is filled with hope for a possible baby and then the last part of the month is filled with the dreaded wait. Those 2 weeks of every month seem like DECADES! Will it come? Or not? No matter how busy I am, the time just always creeps by. … [Read more...]

Heavy Heart

December 20, 2009 by Sarah

Like many of you who may live on the east coast, we were hit with quite a bit of snow on Friday and Saturday. We didn't have anywhere we had to go, so Kev and I enjoyed our time being snowed in. Trip to the Blood Doctor

December 18, 2009 by Sarah

Today was my follow up appointment with my blood doctor regarding my low platelet levels. It’s In!

December 15, 2009 by Sarah

Last week, I randomly rode by the cemetery to check and see if Andrew's marker had been installed. His resting place is right near the Gaskins entrance of Westhampton Cemetery, so I can usually spot it as soon as I turn in, especially since I had the little scarecrow there in the fall. It made for a good eye catcher! Anyway, I thought it was possible that it might have been in since we had a … [Read more...]

God With Us

December 13, 2009 by Sarah

This Christmas season is well under way, and I can't believe how quickly it is flying by! I was anxious about this Christmas, since we wouldn't have our little guy with us like we had planned. I wasn't sure whether it would be extremely difficult and painful or depressing and sad or whether it would be joyful like it should. I had no idea what to expect, especially considering my emotions can … [Read more...]
